Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of a screenshot of the TWINT payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
REFUNDS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to you via TWINT, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will send you a screenshot of the refund sent via TWINT. If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
